A majority of crane accidents are caused by human error. quality training will help your organization have a safe work environment by greatly reducing the risk of incidents.
here at dsm hoist, we fine tune our training CLASSES to fit your facility’s SPECIFIC lifting procedures.
dsm Hoist gives you peace of mind in knowing that your crane operators are properly trained by knowledgeable & experienced teachers & YOU ARE STAYING OSHA COMPLIANT. The ripple effects ALSO INCLUDE increased plant safety, a reduction in damages to equipment & growth in productivity DUE TO REDUCED DOWN TIME.
Whatever circumstances you find yourself in, the first thing to do is simply get on the phone & give us a call. We’d love to schedule a visit to your facility, where we will sit down one on one to listen to your goals & concerns. During our initial visit, we’ll have you show us your facility if possible, to see your cranes/hoists in operation, which will give us a more accurate picture of your procedures & give you more opportunity to point out special concerns to us. Then, we get to the drawing board; we review, research any special components & craft a customized curriculum that caters to your unique situation. Once the training package is ready, we’ll want to meet with you to finalize logistics & alert you to any safety concerns or improvements we see that may help your operations run more smoothly. Then, we’ll schedule the classes to your facilities’ employee volume, time & plant access. Remember, no group is too large or too small for us. We adjust our training classes to you. Rest assured, our goals are the same. We want your production up & running at a safe & optimal speed.
During our On-Location training, Scott will teach your operators in an efficient yet fun way, giving them specialized hands-on instruction & visual classroom time. He’ll also show your operators the 4 key components to crane safety & pointers on how to exercise extra vigilance during lifting procedures. With Scott’s experience, he will be giving them valuable tools to help all of this become second nature.
